We are the Milums: Austin, Bailey, Jaxon, and Wyatt.
In January 2025, we became a licensed foster family, and our lives changed forever. Since opening our home, we've cared for five amazing children, witnessing the urgent need within our foster community.
That’s why Ruby’s House was born.
Created from our own experiences and a passion to serve, Ruby’s House provides foster families with free essentials—clothing, supplies, and a personalized duffel for each child—so no child feels unseen or unloved.
Our journey began with a simple Facebook post when our first foster child arrived with just her clothes and a plastic bag. Community support poured in, and it opened our eyes to the power of collective kindness.
Ruby’s House is more than a resource; it’s a support system, a place of hope where children and families find comfort and encouragement.
